The Process

Heading to Big Bear and want to plan a fun picnic?! First, decide the picnic package you want! We have a variety to choose from, they all range in prices and themes. Don’t see what you are looking for? Email us! Once you’ve got your package picked out, you next have the option of selecting add ons to your picnic! These are additional layers to make your picnic even more special!

On the morning of your picnic, we’ll be checking in with you to confirm your picnic location and send you a destination marker. Please be sure to show up on time, and we’ll be there to greet you and give you a quick rundown of your picnic experience!

Once we leave, the picnic is yours to enjoy for the time that you booked. Have fun, take photo’s, eat great food, play fun games, relax and enjoy the experience!

As soon as your picnic wraps up, we will be arriving to meet you. You will be free to leave everything where it is, and we’ll clean everything up! If you decide that you are done prior to your end time, text us, and we will come and meet you sooner!
