Book a Picnic
If you’re interested in booking a picnic, make sure you’ve looked over all of our pages and have read our info page, we go over a lot of detail there! Then when you’re ready, fill out the form to request a picnic.
When will you hear from us
If you have requested a picnic, or would like to work with us in some other capacity, you’ll hear back within 24 hours, Mon-Fri. For other general inquiries expect between 1-3 working days, Mon-Fri.

FAQs
How safe is this?
We have a very thorough clean up process, especially during times like these. We take extra precautions to ensure our customers are safe and feel safe using our service.
Do I have to clean it up?
No, you do not have to clean up. At the end of your picnic, just leave everything where it is and we’ll come and pack/clean everything up!
Is alcohol allowed?
Unfortunately, we can not provide alcohol but you can bring your own to the picnic! BYOB ya’ll!
Can I bring my own food?
Sure! However, we do have a lot of food add ons that you can select at check out.
Can I book a picnic last minute?
We do require 72 hours notice for a picnic. Also since a lot of our customers are tourists or second home owners, we do recommend booking in advance so you can be guaranteed a picnic the weekend you’re visiting!
How many add ons can I select?
The add ons are endless! However, you still will be charged for an add on even if you don’t use or eat what’s provided.
What if it rains?
If it rains on the day of your picnic, we will contact you to reschedule or change the destination to an indoor location like your home or vacation rental. The deCustomers who do not want to reschedule, can receive a 50% refund.
What if it snows?
During our winter seasons - we will not be offering any outdoor picnics. Our staff is very familiar with the Big Bear terrain, so don’t worry about us getting to you! Unless it is a danger to our staff, everything will be on schedule!
What if I ruin something?
If an item is either missing, destroyed on stained - we will be charging a fee to replace that item.
Will my picnic look exactly like the photos on your website?
No. These images are just examples of picnics we’ve created for marketing or other clients. Your picnic is personalized with your needs/wants in mind but will follow packages theme.
